Hi, my name is Michael. I have always been passionate about fitness. I was a teacher and a coach for many years and really enjoyed working with young people and helping them to reach their potential. I retired a few years ago and decided to become a personal trainer as a way to meld my passion for fitness and my desire to continue to help people reach their potential.
