I work with people of all ages and all fitness levels. I have trained high school athletes in preparation for collegiate level sports such as basketball, volleyball, hockey and baseball. I have helped clients with pre-existing medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, move forward to a better living. More importantly, I work with his clients to achieve a goal. Whether it be climbing mountains, competing in competitions, or participating in marathons, I am prepared to walk alongside my clients as they live a healthier lifestyle.
