About Me

I obtained my Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Kinesiology in 2011. I obtained my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2018. I workout 7 days a week and enjoy helping others achieve optimum health through fitness and nutrition. When i am not working, I enjoy spending time at the beach, yoga, reading books, listening to audiobooks, and hiking.
