What to Expect
You should expect to feel stronger coming out of one of my classes than you did coming in. A big focus of mine is use corrective training to address any muscle imbalances that are causing any joint or spinal pain, while at the same time implementing a strength training program to strengthen all the areas that are weak and not allowing you to move with the strength you desire. This is all combined with any goals that you want me to train you for.
