-BS Exercise Science & Nutrition from The Ohio State University, CPT, Nutrition Coach -1:1 Personal Training & Group Training Available I help individuals reach their body/fitness/strength goals through a combination of strength training, functionality, cardiovascular work, and establishing a fun and hard-working environment to stay motivated. I work with individuals in either a 1:1 or group setting to lose weight, gain strength, strengthen/correct imbalances, improve in their sport, and reach their goals.
