About Me

Contact me for your free consultation today! My focus is on results and the psychology behind fitness. I believe fitness can be a positive influence in everyone's life, but why most people stop is the underlying reasons for their choices. I've trained in weightlifting, boxing, MMA, and even trained with Navy Seals for a week in Florida. It was a lot of grueling work, but I got to the core of my fitness mindset. Through my experiences, I began to understand my relationship with fitness and diet and why I struggled to keep off weight and get into the gym. My approach has much to do about changing mindset as it does with implementing workouts and nutrition plans.

What to Expect

A customized workout plan: warm up, specialized exercises that target areas that the client wants to monitor. I will also take a look at what is the relationship to fitness and why it is important. Sessions will build on each other and will focus on making lasting changes for clients.
