What to Expect
Our first session together whether you need personal or group instruction, will be a one-on-one session to identify any imbalances you have within your body. This will allow me to tailor design a program to fit not only your body type and fitness level, but also to help correct any postural or structural imbalances hindering your progress, causing a plateau or pain. Don't worry, imbalances are very common, even the highest level athlete has them somewhere! What's important is that we identify and train them to re-gain balance giving you a more effective workout, better results and prevent injury!
