All of my sessions are tailored to YOUR needs I'm regards to exercises, sets, reps, etc. However the typical workout will include a 10 minute warm-up, 30 minutes weight-lifting, 10 minutes cardio, 10 minute cool down!
Hello :) I am a professional soccer player and ACE certified personal trainer seeking to help every single person realize and achieve their TRUE full potential through fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle. I've been training for over 10 years and worked with a wide range of clients (I've worked with over 100 clients) ranging from aspiring pro athletes to busy parents to sedentary older adults.
I originally became a trainer to help combat the youth obesity in this country. While that is still a primary goal, I have also fallen in love with helping people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals.
