About Me

I first took up bodybuilding as a hobby in 2009, and quickly started sharing my knowledge with friends and family. Then, as I prepared to graduate Rutgers University in 2013, I was hired to formally train students, staff, and faculty on campus in New Brunswick. Later on, I moved to training out of a private studio in Highland Park. Feeling restricted in my work environment there, I decided to move on and focus on growing my then fledgling business: Feel Think Fit. Today, I am happily serving New Jersey's fitness community throughout Princeton and beyond!

What to Expect

A typical training session with me involves a thorough warm-up to minimize risk of injury during our workout together. We will focus on developing your core strength first, and then apply our techniques to the fundamentals of weightlifting training. Following the exercise, we would transition to our cool-down, featuring long, static stretches of each muscle group that we trained. The goal is to imbue you with a sense of confidence in your body and your own training technique!
