What to Expect
A typical training session with me involves a thorough warm-up to minimize risk of injury during our workout together. We will focus on developing your core strength first, and then apply our techniques to the fundamentals of weightlifting training. Following the exercise, we would transition to our cool-down, featuring long, static stretches of each muscle group that we trained. The goal is to imbue you with a sense of confidence in your body and your own training technique!
