What to Expect
The process with my new students involves first knowing more about them and their fitness goals, may it be weight loss, martial art fitness techniques (Kickboxing/Muay Thai/Boxing), or just simply getting in great shape. I will then create a program based on their goals. We will then start our training session. My goal for every session is to make it fun, creative, and productive. I want to make sure they find value with my training and that their goals are being met.
