About Me

I am a CrossFit L1 Trainer but I train individuals outside of the CrossFit realm as well. I have been doing competitive CrossFit for 3 years and CrossFit in general for 4 years. I was a high school athlete that played soccer, track, and football. I have a great understanding of what type of functional movements are necessary for optimal living. About 5 years ago I was 45 lbs over weight, my joints hurt, and I had high blood pressure, and struggled to take care of my small children. I decided to take control of my life and was able to make an amazing transformation! I can now performs life's necessary movements with ease like picking up toys and carrying or playing with my children. I made mistakes along my fitness journey but now I have to opportunity to help others make that transformation so much faster than I did myself!
