USTA prides itself in a young, energetic, diverse age group of students and most importantly instructors. We are a dojang taught in the ways of Olympic Style Taekwondo governed by the World Taekwondo Federation.

General Information
Taekwondo is 1 of 2 Olympic martial arts, with it being a demonstration sport in the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympic Games; and finally becoming an official sport in 2000.
