About Me

Hey guys! For someone who has been short in stature all his life, I really wanted to get bigger not only to gain more confidence but just feel better about myself in general. I adopted the fitness lifestyle about 4 years ago and couldn't be more happier with my results. Since being on this path I have received a Black Belt in Kenpo Martial Arts and have surpassed so many of my own expectations. I have helped my friends and family reach their fitness goals, and because of that, I decided to become a personal trainer. Being a trainer has motivated me so much, just by seeing my clients achieve their goals and adopt good eating habits has helped me in achieving my own goals.

What to Expect

Typical training session with me begins with the fundamentals, basic movements and proper form, we will also be assessing areas in which you are weak in, in an effort to develop the complete and well balanced physic that you desire
