BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FUNDAMENTALS
Fundamentals Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes provides an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions, transitions, attacks, and escapes. The Fundamentals BJJ Program provides a foundation of basic and essential BJJ techniques for the beginner and experienced practitioner alike. Fundamentals BJJ classes include BJJ specific movement based warm-ups, conditioning, technical instruction and drilling, positional sparring, and free sparring. Drilling and positional sparring are core components of the Fundamentals class.
