Create a family environment that welcomes learning.  We are commited to using the martial arts as a vehicle to impact lives. We teach effective self-defense to give people the tools they need to stand up for themselves, stand up for others, and stand up for their community.

INTEGRITY is doing what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.  Honoring your word is the first step towards self discipline.  If you say you are going on a diet, set a goal with a date in mind and stick to it with integrity. If you say that you wont be bullied, then stand up for yourself when you are confronted.
